Wasting Time!

I recently stopped at your branch on Northwest Highway. I was standing at the counter, waiting to be assisted, the two tellers on duty were taking turns on the telephone apparently making their reservations for their Thanksgiving dinner. Although I was the only person in the bank there is a time and place for such things. As example, one's break time or outside of work altogether. This activity occurred on 11/4/2010 at approximately 10:30 a.m. Perhaps there is no need to have two tellers on duty if there is no work for two people to perform. Saving on employee salaries could then be passed on to your customers.
